Instructions

  • Mash the tuna to smoothness
  • Add the chopped onion, squeeze the garlic, add the egg whites, oats, pepper and salt
  • Mix everything up, make the burgers and heat up your pan
  • Add some coconut oil and put the burgers in it
  • They are ready when they're nice and brown (about 5 minutes or so)
  • Don't forget to add the salt and pepper in step 2 to give it some flavor! (I forgot once, cardboard is tastier than eating these things without the spices)
