Ingredients
- 300 gram Couscous, dry
- 350.01 gram SWANSON BROTH, Vegetable Broth
- 69.99 gram Onion, red, raw
- 0.99 cucumber Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 2.01 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 99.99 gram Cheese, feta
- 15 gram Dill weed, fresh
- 2.01 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 99.99 gram Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
Instructions
- Add the boiling vegetable broth to the couscous and leave it for about 10 minutes in the pan with the lid on (without fire!)
- Stir the couscous and let it cool down
- Chop the vegetables, feta and spices.
- Mix all ingredients
- Have a nice meal!
