Ingredients
- 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 5 gram Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 fruit Limes, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, common (danish, domestic, and pointed types), stored, raw
- 1 large Carrots, raw
- 2 1 Large Tortilla La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla, Large
Instructions
- Take a large bowl and combine red chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper.
- Marinate shrimps in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Spray oil and place shrimps on the grilling pan one by one. Grill the shrimps 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile prepare the salad, combine chopped cabbage and grated carrots in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds on high heat.
- Serve shrimps in warm tortillas with cabbage and carrot mixture along with a lime wedge.
