Ingredients
- 1 cup Chard, swiss, raw
- 1 cup, chopped Mustard greens, raw
- 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, raw
- 1 oz Cheese, goat, soft type
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Remove the stalks from the Swiss chard and mustard leaves. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them together.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped vegetables, stir and cook until wilted.
- Add salt and pepper, cover and cook until soft and tender.
- When the vegetables are cooked and all the liquid is absorbed, remove from the heat and add crumbled goat cheese before serving.
