Ingredients
- 1.02 cup pieces Turkey ham, sliced, extra lean, prepackaged or deli-sliced
- 12 piece Egg white beaten
- 0.48 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1.02 1 tsp Spike seasoning
- 1.98 stalk Onions, young green, tops only
- 0.48 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray baking cups with nonstick spray.
- Slice green onions and dice ham and green pepper. Add green onions, green pepper, cheese and ham into each cup.
- Break eggs into a large bowl. Add spike seasoning and mix well.
- Now pour the egg mixture over other ingredients already present in muffin cups and make it nearly full.
- Take a spoon and gently stir in the ingredients in the cup.
- Bake for half hour or until the egg mixture is perfectly cooked.
- Serve immediately.
