Steamed Salmon Over A Bed Of Greens [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 15 minutes
This is one of the quickest salmon recipes that I have ever made. Steamed salmon tastes so good and packed with bundles of nutrition like protein, essential fatty acids and minerals. Salmon is extremely beneficial for the heart and increases good cholesterol level in the blood. Here salmon is served over a bed of green salad that includes fiber and bulk to the recipe. The steaming process of the fillet may take up to five minutes meanwhile you can prepare the salad so the whole recipe would not take more then 15 minutes in preparation and cooking.
