Ingredients
- 25 cracker Crackers, whole-wheat
- 3 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 6.5 1/2 cup Imitation crab meat
- 1 fl oz Grapefruit juice, white, raw
- 2 1 tbsp Dried minced onion
- 1 cup Cheese, cream, low fat
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 0.25 tbsp Sauce, peppers, hot, chili, mature red, canned
- 0.5 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Instructions
- Add mayo, lemon juice, dried minced onion, minced garlic, white grape juice, cream cheese, hot pepper sauce and cayenne pepper in a blender.
- Process the ingredients to get smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
- Add crab and stir well.
- Cover the bowl and keep it in the microwave until it bubbles.
- Serve it with crackers immediately.
