Ingredients
- 1 melon Melons, honeydew, raw
- 8 Slice Prosciutto
- 2 tbsp, chopped Basil, fresh
- 1 piece Freestone Peach
- 2 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 2 tbsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peach and melon with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Set aside for at least 5 minutes.
- Add cheese and herbs into the mixture. Combine well.
- Transfer the Melon and Peach Salad onto a plate. Top it with prosciutto slices and serve immediately.
