Ingredients
- 6 1 cup Water
- 0.24 cup Syrups, maple
- 0.51 cup Lemon juice, raw
- 8.01 1 oz ginger, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Boil Maple syrup, ginger and water in a saucepan.
- Stir the mixture occasionally until it is reduced to half.
- Remove the mixture from heat. Add lemon juice and stir the mixture.
- Filter the mixture using a sieve to discard solids.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Serve chilled.
