Ingredients
- 1.02 cup Peach, Unsweetened
- 24 leaves Basil, fresh
- 1.5 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 1.02 cup Vinegar, balsamic
- 10.98 Slice Prosciutto
Instructions
- Cut 8 equal slices of peaches.
- Cut Prosciutto and mozzarella into matching pieces.
- Simmer the Balsamic vinegar in a pot over medium heat. Remove from heat once the vinegar has been reduced by half.
- Now cook peach slices on a grill on medium heat until immediately they have caramelized or softened to the desired level.
- Prepare a stack of Prosciutto, basil leaves, a mozzarella slice and a slice of grilled peach.
- Repeat the process for remaining portions. Pour a little balsamic solution over each bundle.
- Serve immediately.
