Ingredients

- 0.24 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1.02 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 4.02 slice Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low sodium, unprepared
Instructions
- Into a large bowl, combine the pork, smoked paprika, bacon, molasses, salt, black pepper, brown sugar and sage.
- Cook a small spoonful of the sausage mixture in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. You may adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
- If you are satisfied with the flavor, you may consider refrigerating it for an hour to ensure all the flavors come together.
- To cook the sausage, you need to form ΒΌ-inch thick and 2-inch wide patties and cook both the sides until they are crisp and golden brown.
