I try to glaze the salmon with different flavors to get different tastes and bring some variety to my meal. Horseradish and apple sauce glazed salmon is an awesome recipe for bodybuilders. Ingredients
- 1 fillet Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, raw
- 1 tbsp Horseradish, prepared
- 15 gram Applesauce, canned, sweetened, with salt
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit (190 degree Celcius) .
- Combine apple sauce, horseradish, chives, vinegar and oil in a bowl and whisk together.
- Season the fillet with salt and pepper from all sides.
- Place the fish in a baking pan and drizzle the sauce over it.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the fish is completely opaque.
- Remove from the oven and serve along the sauce.
