This high protein low fat calzone pizza is a great italian dish, even suited for a romantic candlelight dinner. The iron in the spinach, combined with the high amount of protein makes this a must-make bodybuilder dish! You can stuff the calzone with even more veggies if you like. Adding mushrooms also works great for this recipe.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Spinach, raw
- 1 unit Onion, red, raw
- 200 gram Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 1 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 500 gram Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 5 gram Spices, italian style
- 2 cup Tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
- 275 gram Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
- 0.72 cup Oats
- 1.52 tsp Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
- 1 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 0.32 tsp Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Mix half of the flour with the oats, yeast sugar and salt in a large bowl and stir well
- Heat up a cup of water to medium heat and add to the mixture
- Stir well to form a homogeneous mixture
- Add the rest of the flour, one table spoon at a time, until you have a a stiff dough
- Sprinkle some of the flour over a flat surface, and place the dough on the surface
- Knead the dough for around 5 minutes, and put in a bowl with a towel on top and let it rise for about 45 minutes
- After that divide the dough in 4 portions, and make the 4 pizza bottoms
- Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl, and add a dash of pepper if you like
- Spread the mixture on top of each pizza bottom
- Fold the pizza bottoms in half with the mixture in between
- Use a little water on the edges to make the pizza stick, and press firmly to seal your calzones
- Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for around 15-20 minutes at 180C or 450F
- Enjoy your pizza calzone!
