Jamaican Carrot Passion Smoothie [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 5 minutes
Jamaican passion carrot smoothie is great for after my workout. Rich in beta carotene, complex carbs and protein, this smoothie is a perfect combo of taste and healthiness. Condensed milk is used in the original recipe though you can substitute it with fresh milk for easy availability. Don’t add the brown sugar to reduce the calorie count of the smoothie.
