Ingredients
- 3 pepper Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 1 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1 slice Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low sodium, unprepared
Instructions
- Preheat the grill plate on high heat.
- Cut the jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Stuff the cheese into the pepper halves.
- Wrap the bacon around the stuffed jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on the grill plate and cook until the bacon is crispy.
