Ingredients
- 250 gram Noodles, chinese, cellophane or long rice (mung beans), dehydrated
- 2 tbsp Oil, sunflower, linoleic, (approx. 65%)
- 5 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 3 fruit Limes, raw
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 cucumber Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 1 bunch Spinach, raw
- 70 gram Sauce, sweet chili, hot
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to instructions on the pack. When done, rinse the noodles with cold water.
- Slice the chicken. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the chicken 5-6 minutes until done. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Dressing: Squeeze the lemons. Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and chili sauce in bowl. Squeeze the garlic above it.
- Slice the cucumber in ribbons and mix it with the spinach.
- Mix the vegetables, noodles and dressing. Serve the chicken on top.
