This is a dessert recipe, but you can also enjoy it either for breakfast or as a mini meal before or after your workout. It is full of antioxidants from the ground cinnamon and cocoa powder. Cinnamon and cocoa powder contains amazing anti inflammatory properties and antioxidants. This recipe is also good for weight watchers as it is low in carbs and high in protein.

Ingredients
- 1 3 tbsp Eggwhites
- 1 scoop Nutribar High Protein Powder
- 50 gram Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
- 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
- 1 1 packet Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia (packet)
- 1 tbsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 gram Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Whisk egg white, protein powder, milk and sweetener together.
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
- Spray oil in the pan and pour in the egg white mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip the crepe and continue cooking until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove to a plate and set aside.
- Combine peanut butter, cocoa powder and one teaspoon of milk together.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crepe and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
- Serve immediately.
