Ingredients
- 1 cup drained, rinsed Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, drained solids, rinsed with tap water
- 1 package yields Peas, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 stalk, medium Celery, raw
- 5 gram ginger, peeled and chopped
- 10 gram Water
- 1 nuts Nuts, pine nuts, dried
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large non stick pan.
- Add chopped ginger and celery and cook until fragrant.
- Add green peas and sweet corn, cook while stirring.
- Add water and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.
- Add pine nuts, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
