Ingredients
- 1 small, large, medium Sweet potato, raw
- 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 ounce All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ounce Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, paprika
- 1 tablespoon Oil, industrial, canola, high oleic
Instructions
- Boil the sweet potato in water for 6-7 minutes until soft and tender.
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into big cubes or as you desire.
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
- Mix bread crumbs and paprika in another bowl.
- Beat the eggs in the third bowl.
- Roll sweet Potato cubes in plain flour, coat it well, then dip into the eggs mixture and then roll into the bread crumbs mixture. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet for deep frying.
- Fry these potato nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes or golden brown.
- Serve hot with Greek yogrut dip.
