Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 4 cup shredded Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- 0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, fresh
- 0.75 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 2 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 4 1 slice multigrain flatbreads
- 2 3 oz Rotisserie Chicken
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper and white wine vinegar.
- Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese and rotisserie chicken and toss to coat uniformly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat it with cooking spray.
- Cook flatbread for a minute on both sides, working one at a time.
- Rub one side of the flatbread with the cut side of garlic.
- Evenly spread the chicken mixture at the center of each flatbread and roll up.
- Serve immediately.
