Ingredients
- 0.99999999999999 dash Salt, table
- 0.99999999999999 tsp Leavening agents, baking soda
- 0.75 cup 1% low fat milk
- 0.99999999999999 cup Blueberries, raw
- 2 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 0.99999999999999 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 2 Tablespoon Cane Sugar, Natural
- 0.6 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 0.99999999999999 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
- 2 1 tbsp Butter Spread
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine milk with vinegar and keep it aside for a few minutes to “sour’.
- Take another bowl and combine salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and flour in it.
- Add butter and whisked egg into the “soured” milk and then add this mixture into the flour mixture. Whisk the ingredients gently so that lumps are not formed.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the blueberries.
- Coat a large skillet with a little cooking spray and place it over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of the batter over it and cook on both the sides until they are brown. Serve immediately.
