Ingredients
- 1 gram Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 large Bananas, raw
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 7 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 1 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine sugar, egg, vanilla extract, milk and banana.
- Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a tall glass and top it with ground cinnamon.
- Serve chilled.
