Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1.5 Tbsp Sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve, reduced sodium
- 1 unit Onion, red, raw
- 1 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, Toasted
- 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 8 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Heat grill to a high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce to prepare the sauce.
- To prepare kebabs, thread 1 onion wedge, 4 pineapple chunks and 6 shrimps alternatively on each of 8 skewers.
- Brush kebabs with the teriyaki mixture and place them on the grill that is coated with cooking spray.
- Grill the kebabs for at least 8-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
