Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.1 1 cup Water
- 3.5 cup 1/2" pieces Beans, snap, green, raw
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 0.5 tbsp Honey
- 1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 tbsp parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 6 piece Pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 2 tsp Garlic, raw
- 4.5 3 Oz Grape Tomatoes
- 1 can drained Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained solids
- 2 tbsp Oil, walnut
- 2 1 oz Walnuts, roasted
- 8 oz Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
Instructions
- Cook green beans in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain out water and run cold water over the cooked beans.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, salt, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, water, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add tomatoes, chickpeas, beans, olives, cheese and walnuts and toss well.
- Add tuna with remaining salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill to a medium heat and coat a pan with cooking spray.
- Add tuna into the pan and cook it for a few minutes on both sides.
- Transfer the bean mixture evenly across 4 plates and top each of them with grilled tuna.
- Serve immediately.
