Ingredients
- 14 cup Arugula, raw
- 0.25 tbsp Sauce, worcestershire
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 0.2 cup Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 3 1 ounce blue cheese
- 1 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 2 1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 cup chopped Onions, young green, tops only
- 0.75 cup chopped Celery, raw
- 3 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 16 1 oz skirt steak
Instructions
- Heat the grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit / 230 degrees Celsius.
- In a small bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add steak and coat it with the Worcestershire sauce mixture by tossing.
- Grill steak for about 8-10 minutes and then cover it for another 10 minutes before slicing it.
- Take another bowl and add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
- Transfer the salad equally between 4 plates and serve it alongside grilled steak.
