Ingredients
- 4 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, corn
- 5 serving Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 0.5 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 0.5 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit / 150 degrees Celsius.
- Wrap all the tortillas using a foil and keep them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the beef in a skillet until it becomes brown.
- Place a tortilla on each plate and add a spoonful of Sloppy Joe sauce evenly over it.
- Add cheddar cheese evenly in each tortilla and fold them over.
- Serve the tortillas immediately.
