Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 0.5 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 5 cup Brussels sprouts, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit / 190 degrees Celsius. Then spray a baking tray with little cooking spray.
- Once the Brussels sprouts have been trimmed, cut each of them into half. Now place the trimmed Brussels sprouts on a baking tray. Add 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic to it.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes at the set oven temperature. Continue to roast for 10 more minutes.
- Transfer the sprouts into a serving bowl. Add the remaining balsamic vinegar and combine well.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste and serve immediately.
