Ingredients
- 1.25 cup Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 cup Sorghum flour
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 tbsp, whole Seeds, flaxseed
- 1 1 cup Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 0.2 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except egg whites.
- Take another bowl and whip egg whites in it. Fold into bread batter.
- Pour ΒΌ cup portion of the batter on to hot griddle and turn it over when the top side is set.
- Serve immediately.
