Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 2 tbsp, chopped Basil, fresh
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 8 1 slice Whole grain wheat bread
- 8 Slice Prosciutto
- 8 slice, medium Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
Instructions
- Set the grill to the required temperature.
- Arrange the bread slices in the baking tray and bake both the sides evenly.
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, basil, and garlic in a bowl and spread this mixture over four bread slices evenly.
- Arrange ΒΌ cup lettuce and 2 tomato slices over each bread slice and top it with prosciutto and the remaining bread.
- Serve immediately.
