Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, fresh
- 0.25 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 4 3 oz Rotisserie Chicken
- 2 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 1 tbsp peach jam
- 3 1 piece yellow peaches
- 0.5 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 1/4 cup glazed walnuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salt, vinegar, cayenne, peach jam and oil. Add peach slices and toss gently to coat the ingredients uniformly.
- Place the rotisserie chicken on a platter. Transfer the peaches and dressing from the bowl and dress carefully over the chicken.
- Sprinkle it with glazed walnuts and serve immediately.
