Ingredients
- 2 piece Ice cubes
- 1 cup, sliced Bananas, raw
- 0.5 1 tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Yogurt, vanilla, low fat, 11 grams protein per 8 ounce
- 0.5 cup Milk, dry, nonfat, regular, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 oz Pie Crust, Cookie-type, Graham Cracker, Ready Crust
- 0.5 cup 1% low fat milk
Instructions
- Cut the banana into slices and freeze them for at least an hour.
- Now add the sliced bananas and other ingredients in a blender and process until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to 2 tall glasses and serve them with Graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve immediately.
