Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 12 1/2 rack Baby Back Pork Ribs
- 0.5 tsp, leaves Spices, thyme, dried
- 0.5 1 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tbsp Spices, chili powder
- 6 tsp Sugars, granulated
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit / 150 degrees Celsius.
- In a small bowl, combine thyme, sugar, mustard powder, salt and chili powder.
- Rub the above mixture evenly on the pork ribs.
- Now place the pork ribs on a roasting pan (with bone-side down) and keep it in the oven to roast for at least 90 minutes.
- When the ribs are perfectly cooked, remove them from the oven and serve immediately.
