Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1 cup Salt, table
- 8 3 oz Salmon fillet
- 9 1 tsp sweet hot mustard
- 2 1 cup wood chips
- 0.5 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 2 cup sprigs Dill weed, fresh
Instructions
- Soak wood chips in water for half an hour. Then drain out water.
- In a bowl, combine salt, mustard, lemon juice and fresh dill.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray (skin side down). Gently brush the mustard mixture over salmon. Cover it and keep it in fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat the grill to a temperature of about 225 degrees Fahrenheit / 110 degrees Celsius.
- Coat the grill with cooking spray.
- Place some aluminum foil on the unheated side of the grill. Place salmon fillet (skin side down) on the foil (in the unheated side of the grill).
- Cover the salmon using a lid and allow cooking it for at least 35 minutes. Once the salmon fillet is perfectly cooked, remove it from the grill and serve it immediately.
