Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 0.1 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 2 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 4 thigh with skin Chicken, broilers or fryers, thigh, meat and skin, raw
- 0.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 2 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 0.5 glass Sparkling white wine
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
- 0.1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 piece Egg white beaten
Instructions
- Add chicken, salt, pepper and all-purpose flour into a plastic bag and shake well.
- Mix water and egg white in a bowl. Dip the coated chicken in the egg white mixture and dredge it in breadcrumbs.
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Now cook chicken in the pan for at least 4 minutes. Add garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth to pan and boil.
- Cover the above mixture with a lid and cook it under low heat for 8 minutes.
- Add capers and parsley to the above mixture and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
- Now serve the cooked chicken with the grated lemon rind.
