Ingredients
- 5 piece Focaccia, Italian flatbread, plain
- 9 Slice Prosciutto
- 1 cup, shredded Cheese, muenster, low fat
- 5.5 cup Baby Spinach
- 0.25 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
Instructions
- Use a serrated knife to the cut bread horizontally, in half.
- Spread the bottom half of bread with prosciutto, red bell pepper, baby spinach and Muenster cheese. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar on top. Cover the bottom half with the top half bread.
- Wrap the bread aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake the bread in an oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
- Cut Focaccia into 6 wedges and serve immediately.
