Ingredients
- 13 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
- 3 1 cup white cheese sauce
- 4 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, broilers or fryers, meat only, roasted
- 1 cup, shredded Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 16 slice, small Bread, italian
- 3 slice Plain Butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan and brush the melted butter on both sides of the bread slices evenly. Place the bread slices on a wax paper.
- Spread 1 tbsp Swiss cheese on top of 8 bread slices and then top the slices with white cheese sauce, tomato slices and cooked chicken.
- Now divide the remaining cheese and bacon over the remaining bread slices.
- Cook the sandwiches on a grill for at least 3 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Serve with the remaining portion of white cheese sauce for dipping.
