One of the things I missed the most in my diet was the all famous macaroni cheese. This is a healthier cheat version, with much less fat. I would suggest to have some vegetables as a side dish, as this is just plain mac & cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
- 0.52 cup Almond Milk, Silk Purealmond,
- 0.76 cup, diced Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 0.6 cup Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Cook the pasta
- Mix all ingredients with the cooked pasta
- Add mustard, salt and pepper to taste
- You can put it in an oven dish and heat it in the oven for 15 minutes (180C 450F) or just eat it as it is.
