Homemade Turkey Breakfast Sausage [Bulkbites.com]

I prefer homemade sausages over store bought because they are much healthier. This homemade turkey sausage recipe is simple and delicious. The herb- infused turkey sausages can be used to assemble a quick sandwich or eat them along with salad leaves and a poached egg as a healthy breakfast. Turkey is a great source of lean protein and it is low in saturated fat but rich in vitamin B.
