Ingredients
- 1 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 cup chopped Broccoli, raw
- 1 slice Turkey Ham, slice, lowfat, mex
- 1 cup Peas, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 ounce Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 tsp Vinegar, red wine
- 1 tbsp Chives, freeze-dried
- 1 tsp Spices, dill weed, dried
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Bring the water to boil. Add pasta and cook on low heat until soft. Drain and set aside.
- To prepare dressing, Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, chives, and dill. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- To prepare salad, Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, ham, green peas and diced onion in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with red onion slices.
