Ingredients
- 1 8-9 pieces Tater Tots, Ore-Ida
- 3 ounce Beans, black, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt
- 3 ounce Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 3 ounce Salsa
- 1 tbsp Sauce, tomato chili sauce, bottled, no salt, low sodium
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 225 degree C.
- Line the baking sheet on a baking tray. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- To assemble, pile tots on a serving plate. Add black beans and salsa.
- Drizzle yogurt and chili tomato ketchup on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
