Ingredients
- 1 cup, diced Rhubarb, raw
- 1 100 ml Orange, fruit, raw, juice
- 1 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 1 piece Orange Zest
- 1 scoop Nutribar High Protein Powder
- 1 1 cup Water
- 1 piece Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine chopped rhubarb, sugar, lemon zest and water in a sauce pan and cook until soft. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
- When cooled, mash the mixture and strain through a sieve. Reserve the juice. This can be refrigerated up to one week.
- To prepare the drink stir in the rhubarb extract, protein powder and ice cubes with the orange juice and serve immediately.
