Who doesn’t love a creamy, rich and thick smoothie after a workout? I like to use this recipe rich in protein, vitamins and minerals and made with dates, almond milk and protein powder. Dates are extremely healthy ingredients rich in phosphorous, calcium, iron and fructose. Almond milk supplies heart friendly fats to the blend and protein powder is in there to encourage muscle growth. Cinnamon contains antioxidants and goes well with this sweet drink.

Ingredients
- 2 1 cup Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 1 date, pitted Dates, medjool
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
Instructions
- Combine almond milk, dates, protein powder and cinnamon powder in a blender.
- Blend together for 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy.
