Ingredients
- 3 1 ounce Goat Cheese
- 0.5 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 1 1 piece heirloom tomato
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1 1 Crust Pizza Crust
- 10 leaves Basil, fresh
Instructions
- Heat the oven to a suitable temperature (check packaging of pizza crust).
- Coat a baking tray using cooking spray and add pizza crust. Now lightly coat the dough using cooking spray.
- Place the crust in the preheated oven (lightly coated with cooking spray) and allow cooking for at least a minute. Turn over the crust and rub it using with grated garlic. Then top it with the cheeses and diced tomato.
- Now place the pizza in the oven again and continue to cook for another 3 minutes. Add the fresh basil leaves just at the end.
