Ingredients
- 1 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, Toasted
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 steak Beef, loin, top sirloin cap steak, boneless, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, select, raw
- 0.1 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 0.75 teaspoon Spices, five spice
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp Honey
- 1 fl oz Orange juice drink
- 0.25 cup Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine red pepper, five spices, ginger, minced garlic, honey, orange juice and soy sauce.
- Add beef to the mixture and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove beef from marinade and thread it with the bell pepper onto 8 skewers.
- Heat a cooking spray coated grill pan over medium heat. Add kebabs to pan and grill for at least 3 minutes on both sides.
- Sprinkle the kebabs with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
