Ingredients
- 6 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, distilled, all (gin, rum, vodka, whiskey) 90 proof
- 3.5 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Light
- 3 scoop Unsweetened pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Add ginger and pineapple chunks in a blender and process until the fruit is finely pureed.
- Now add scoops of ice cream and continue to process until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Add rum and process again.
- Transfer the mixture into 4 tall glasses and serve chilled.
