Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tbsp Dressing, honey mustard, fat-free
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 cup chopped Celery, raw
- 1 1 medium Gala Apples
- 1 fruit Grapefruit, raw, pink and red, all areas
- 3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, broilers or fryers, meat only, cooked, fried
- 0.5 cup, chopped Nuts, walnuts, english
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
- Bake walnuts in the oven for at least 8 minutes at the set temperature. Make sure you stir walnuts in between.
- Transfer the baked walnuts to a bowl. Add chicken, grapes, honey mustard, mayonnaise, celery and gala apple to the bowl containing baked walnuts and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Serve immediately.
