Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.1 1 cup Water
- 1.5 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 7 cherry Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 14 pods Okra, raw
- 0.75 small Onions, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Instructions
- Heat the grill to a set temperature.
- Cut the onion wedges into 2 pieces of equal length. Now pierce the 2 onion pieces, 2 cherry tomatoes and 3 okra pods alternatively onto each of 8 skewers.
- Combine garlic, red pepper, water, salt, black pepper and olive oil in a bowl and brush this mixture over the skewers.
- Coat the grill rack with cooking spray and place the skewers on it and grill for at least 3 minutes on both sides.
- Serve hot.
