Ingredients
- 12 leaf inner Lettuce, green leaf, raw
- 1 4-5 leaves Mint Leaves, green, raw
- 0.25 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 2 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken breast
- 0.25 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 1 tsp Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 2 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 0.25 cup Lime juice, raw
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, red pepper, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Add mint leaves, cilantro and chicken and toss to combine. Keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
- Spoon out 2 ½ tbsp of chicken mixture and place it at the center of each lettuce leaf.
- Repeat the process for the remaining chicken mixture and lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately.
