Ingredients
- 1 serving LOUIS RICH, Turkey Breast (oven roasted, portion fat free)
- 1.25 cup pieces Turkey ham, sliced, extra lean, prepackaged or deli-sliced
- 0.5 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 12 1 slice dill pickle
- 4 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
- 8 slice Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 6 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 4 1 roll Hawaiian roll
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Combine garlic and oil.
- Spread mustard on the cut sides of rolls. Now place 2 bacon halves, 1 cheese slice, ½ tsp cilantro and 3 pickle slices at the bottom of each roll. Then divide turkey and ham evenly among the halves of rolls. Top each serving with a slice of cheese and top half of roll.
- Brush the outside of rolls with garlic.
- Heat a large pan on medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches on the pan and press them using a heavy pan. Now cook the sandwiches for at least 3 minutes or until the cheese in them melts and bread gets roasted.
- Repeat the above procedure with the remaining sandwiches. Serve hot.
