Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 2 unit Red coleslaw, fresh
- 0.5 head, medium Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
- 0.6 unit Onion, red, raw
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1.5 unit Quark non fat
- 1 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1 tbsp Spices, poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp Oil, coconut
- 2 unit Whole Wheat Wraps
Instructions
- Put the chicken in the freezer until almost frozen
- Take it out and cut it into chips (3 mm thick)
- Add the poultry seasoning. Heat up a pan with the oil and add the chicken and chopped onion
- Chop the coleslaw and lettuce
- Squeeze the garlic into the quark and add the chopped parsley
- Mix it up
- Put the wraps in the oven for a couple of minutes
- Divide the meat over the wraps, and put the rest on top
- Enjoy!
